2. Authorized RMA Required: Do not mail packages back to the address printed on the original shipping box. You must contact our customer support team to obtain a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a dedicated prepaid return shipping label directed to the correct fulfillment warehouse. 3. Custom-Made Products: Custom-made, personalized, or intimate garments are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
